Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions, business listings, sponsorships, and other paid services offered by The Community Point through thecommunitypoint.com.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

The refund period applies to first-time purchases of subscriptions, listings, and paid services. Renewals are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under "Cancellations and renewals" below.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and submit a request using the email address used at checkout, or contact us directly and we will assist with the request.

3. Cancellations and renewals

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewal charges that have already been processed may be refunded at our discretion if requested promptly after the renewal date and the service has not been substantially used during the new period.

4. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through The Community Point. Paddle handles payment processing, taxes, billing inquiries, and refund disbursements in accordance with Paddle's policies (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).

Refund timing depends on the original payment method and Paddle's processing schedule, typically 3–10 business days after approval.
